OS Warendorf Feel-Good Snaffle Bridle - Custom

Question

Q: Good evening! I have a 15.3 Thoroughbred with a fairly typical fine-boned thoroughbred face. I'd love to get the bridle for her mostly as pictured -- I'm especially hoping for red padding (more of a straight red color - not brownish red or orange red) and red crystals. Can you tell me what color that particular red is, as well as what size noseband might be appropriate? Thank you!

Q: My horse's bridle measurements are: corner of mouth to corner of mouth: 45" 114 cm cheekbone to cheek bone: 15.5" 40 cm noseband circumference: 29" 74 cm browband: 15 " 38 cm cheek piece: 12" Does this suit a full size or oversize bridle/ Or, are they truly custom made to order? Thank you, T L

Hi Jessie.
I believe the mailbox red is called 'Raspberry'. In regards to size, best thing to do is to measure according to the measuring chart on the product page. If your horse usually take a size cob, I would think you would need size cob in OS as well. I can send your measurements to OS and they can confirm the size. It is also possible to mix and match the sizes of the bridle, ie full size with a cob sized noseband if necessary. Hi Tanya.
The standard measurements are:
Size cob for Warendorf „feel good“:
Browband is 39cm,
Distance between cheek pieces at the cheek bones is 31cm,
Noseband circumference flat measured (bridle lying on a desk) is 63cm,
From bit to bit over the pole 101cm.

Size full for Warendorf „feel good“:
• Browband is 41cm,
• Distance between the cheek pieces at the cheek bone is 34cm,
• Noseband circumference flat measured (bridle lying on a desk) is 66cm,
• From bit to bit over the pole is 106cm

OS makes Oversized bridles as well, and as they are all handmade to order I would think they can make them as big as needed. You are welcome to send me an email to [email protected] with up your horses measurements (you can find the measuring chart on the product page), and I can check with OS.
